This module still does not work properly on 1.5.3.1
After applying the development update from Github, it can now add the shipping costs to the cart.
However if you change carrier again or country again, it might not be able to update it again.
Secondly, it does not show the correct carrier prices for the various countries. The prices remain the same for all countries (unless you are logged in).
Thirdly, if you select a country where no VAT should be added, it does not remove the VAT/Tax from the cart either (So the estimate tax function is not working). This worked in 1.4.9.0, but stopped working in 1.5
Forthly, There is no need to ask for a valid ZIP code, if/when this is not needed for the country - which is the majority of countries.
In 1.4.9 this was also fixed, so it was optional info, but this was also lost with 1.5
Finally, in 1.4.9 I believe the shop could automatically select the right country and +/- VAT based on IP/Geolocation. Thereby the customer would not even manually have to use the Carriercompare module, excerpt for seeing the various carrier prices/options.
Since this is closed, I might also create a new issue with all this.

I see a bug when trying to update cart, which i will correct asap but carriers cost are well calculated.
