i just recently found out about a paypal scheme for taking micro payments. To accept micropayments you need another account and then set this new rate up. I would like it where you can configure in the paypal gateway to take payments by the cheap scheme (micro payements) up to a certain value and then use the normal paypal account for the rest. This allows a shop to make more money. see the following links
