Error 500 if module FiaNetSceau is activated and no answer from FIANET

If fianet server don't answer, customer obtain a 500 error after payment and in BO the order doesn't appear.

It's possible to find the order by selecting the cart and then clic the "invisible" order but it's impossible to change status of the order by selecting 'paiement accepté' or 'préparation en cours', the BO crash to a white page

Hi,

Regarding the forum post that you have linked, this problem was temporary and due to a DNS issue on Fianet.
Does the problem have stopped happening?

Hi,

Yes the problem stopped happening after Fianet solved their problem.

However, it's not acceptable to crash our order system if a problem occurs on a third party module.

So it's critical to solve this issue, even more in this case it's a certified module !

Hi,

If you want to look at the problem, FIA-NET website is crashed again and problem occurs again...

The only way for us to solve the problem is to disable the FIA-NET Sceau module during unavaibility of FIA-NET website.

Hello,

We released PrestaShop 1.4.8 and 1.4.9 since this issue has been submitted.
The bug has probably been fixed either in one of those versions or in the next major version: 1.5.3.

If you still reproduce the issue in the 1.4.9, please submit it again, we will gladly check it out.
