"Notify me when available" should not appear when stock management is disabled

Description

Notify me when available should not appear on product information in the FO when stock management is disabled.
If you do not want to manage the stock, it does not have any sense to report it in the FO when the product is out-of-stock.

This is really annoying because the default quantity for products in 1.4.4 is 0 instead of 1. This will make all product to appear with "notify-me" labels in the FO.

Yes, indeed it is the same default template. I just changed the colours._

I fixed the problem on the SVN.

You ca find here the diff file of the one file to upgrade themes/prestashop/product.tpl:
