probleme resolved

I reinstall 1.4.2.5, I give the permissions to the files via godaddy FTP manager and not with filezilla exactly like here :

http://www.prestashop.com/wiki/Installing_And_Updating_PrestaShop_Software/

No error message, its ok.

The problem seems to be about the permissions, we have to give permissions from the hosting cpanel I think.

Tnx a lot for your help

Hi,

The good link is: http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS14/Getting+Started

I'm sorry but I cannot helping you to configure your prestashop directly on you host.
On the documentation there is a part named "Step 2 & 3: System compatibility & system configuration.". I think you have a CHMOD problem.

Best regards,
