Description
After uninstalling the module paypal, my list of modules does not appear (No modules found), the front end works perfectly. I already removed the folder module paypal, already changed the limit_memory in config.inc.php and also in. htaccess in all these cases unsuccessfully.

Thanks for this report, this is due to your enabled filters.
As you can see on your first screeshot you asked to show only desinstallados modulos
Click on "Reset" and everything will be OK.
This behavior has been improved in PrestaShop 1.4.2.
